Marty Taylor is coming!
Next Sunday night Marty Taylor is coming!Marty Taylor owns 'Something Groovy,' which is a record store in downtown Prosser.
He has been working with youth in his church, and also has worked as a speaker with Jan McDonald at Life options. He is going to be speaking about 'Connections with the opposite sex.'
I felt, because there are a lot of young men in our group, that it would be great to hear this stuff from a guy! So, look forward to Sunday night!
*Also, be thinking about the trip to Seattle Feb. 24-25th. It would cost $30 + food if we pay this out-of-pocket. If we don't, we would have to dip into youth ministry funds. Again, the weekend is for an outreach to Seattle Union Gospel Mission in the morning, as well as a MercyMe and Audio Adreneline concert in the evening.
This price is to sleep Friday night at a church. If we wanted to get up super super early to leave Saturday morning (so we don't spend the night) that is an option. Or we can increase our cost to get a hotel.
